1. Overview

Gigzuri is a freelance marketplace that connects clients with skilled freelancers for various digital and creative services. The platform is owned and operated by Digital Dreamscape LTD.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use Gigzuri. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Gigzuri reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.

4. User Responsibilities

Freelancers:

• Must deliver services as described in their gigs.

• Must not plagiarize or misrepresent skills.

• Must communicate professionally and deliver on time.

Clients:

• Must pay for services as agreed.

• Must not request work outside the scope of what’s been paid for.

• Must treat freelancers with respect and fairness.

5. Payments and Fees

• All payments are processed through Gigzuri’s integrated payment system.

• Gigzuri may charge service fees to clients and/or freelancers.

• Funds are held in escrow until work is approved or disputes are resolved.

• Payouts to freelancers are processed within 3 business days after order completion.

6. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes between clients and freelancers, both parties should first attempt resolution through chat.

• If unresolved, Gigzuri may intervene and make a final decision based on evidence provided.

• Gigzuri’s decision on disputes is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Use the platform for scams, spam, or phishing

• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content

• Circumvent Gigzuri to conduct off-platform transactions (doing so may result in account suspension)

8. Intellectual Property

• Freelancers retain rights to their work until full payment is made.

• Once paid, clients may receive full rights or usage rights based on the gig description.

• Users may not reuse or resell content delivered through Gigzuri without proper rights.

9. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gigzuri is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any content or services delivered by users.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activity.

12. Changes to Terms

Gigzuri may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
